Warranty Coverage

If you experience problems with your item, we've got you covered. Our warranty includes coverage for:

  • Damage incurred in transit or upon receipt
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Any other product quality issues within the warranty period.

We will replace your item or refund your money. The decision will be made based on the nature of the problem.


How to claim

If you purchased directly from our website:

  1. Contact us at support@kodiofficial.com
  2. Describe your warranty problem
  3. Provide photos or videos to help us diagnose the problem.

We will determine if the problem is covered under warranty.


What is not covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic problems (scratches, scuffs)
  • Damage from abuse (fabric cracks, kinks, dirt, stains)
  • Changes in surface finish due to aging or exposure to light
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Pilling in textiles
  • Color matching or color fastness
  • Damage from rubber or sharp objects
  • Discoloration from dirt or paint transfer
  • Chemical damage (from dyes, detergents, body products, etc.).

In addition, we do not warranty products that have been exposed to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage.


Important Notes

  • Warranty does not cover aesthetic or abuse damage.
  • Damage from sharp objects, prints from writing instruments or wear and tear over time is not covered
